Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, barındırma (hosting) sağlayıcımızın sunucuları siteyi çalışır ve güvenli tutmak için standart teknik kayıtlar (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, isteğin zamanı gibi) tutabilir.
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresinizi ve mesajınızı yalnızca size cevap vermek ve yazışmayı sürdürmek için kullanırız.
Bazı sayfalarda başka hizmetlerin içerikleri yer alır: videolar, izlemek için tıkladığınızda Vimeo ya da YouTube üzerinden oynatılır; İletişim sayfasında bir Google Haritalar haritası gösterilir. SW, kendi Facebook sayfalarını ve Instagram hesaplarını yönetmek için bir Meta geliştirici uygulaması ("SW Social") kullanır: paylaşımlarımızı yayınlamak ve bu hesapların içeriklerini ve istatistiklerini görmek için. Uygulama yalnızca SW'nin sahibi olduğu ya da yönettiği sayfalara ve hesaplara erişir. Diğer Facebook ya da Instagram kullanıcılarının kişisel verilerini toplamaz; uygulama aracılığıyla elde edilen hiçbir veriyi satmayız ya da paylaşmayız.
Kişisel verileri satmayız. Yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.
Hakkınızda hangi kişisel verileri tuttuğumuzu sormak ya da bunların düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini istemek için "Veri talebi" konulu bir e-postayla hello@sceneva.works adresine yazabilirsiniz. 30 gün içinde cevap veririz. Türkiye'deki kişiler için bu haklar 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 11. maddesinde düzenlenmiştir.
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yeni sürümü yeni bir yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlarız.

This website (www.scenevaworks.com) is run by SW (Sceneva Works), a production house at Rasimpaşa Mah. Recaizade Sok. No:36A, Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. Sceneva Labs is SW's AI studio. For any privacy question, write to hello@sceneva.works.
The site has no forms, no user accounts and no newsletter sign-up. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site itself sets no cookies.
Like any website, our hosting provider's servers may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to keep the site running and secure.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to continue the conversation.
Some pages show content from other services: videos play through Vimeo or YouTube when you click to watch them, and the Contact page shows a Google Maps map. When this content loads, these services may collect data (including cookies) under their own privacy policies.
SW uses a Meta developer app ("SW Social") to manage its own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts: to publish our posts and to view the content and statistics of those accounts. The app only accesses the pages and accounts that SW owns or manages. It does not collect personal data of other Facebook or Instagram users, and we do not sell or share any data obtained through it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties unless required by law.
To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@sceneva.works with the subject "Data request". We will reply within 30 days. For people in Türkiye, these rights are set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
